Moo Sauna Waiver

Moo Sauna Individual Use Waiver, Release of Claims, and Assumption of Risk Agreement

By signing below, I agree to use the Moo Sauna wood-fired sauna and/or cold plunge tub (the “Equipment”) at my own risk.

1. Risks I Understand

Use of the Equipment involves risk of burns, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, dehydration, fainting, cold water shock, hypothermia, cardiac or circulatory stress, slip/fall injury, and other injury, including risks I may not anticipate. I confirm I have no medical condition — including heart, blood pressure, respiratory, seizure, or pregnancy-related — that makes this activity unsafe for me, or I have been cleared by a physician. I agree not to use the Equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and to follow all posted or verbal safety instructions.

2. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, I release and agree not to sue Moo Sauna LLC, its owners, employees, and agents for any injury, disability, death, or property damage arising from my use of the Equipment, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Minors

If the participant is under 18, this waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms they have the legal authority to do so and agree to its terms on the minor’s behalf.
